Life is a balancing act and we must embrace the duality. Good and bad, ups and downs, building up and breaking down. Mental is physical is technical is tactical. We cannot improve one without the others being affected. Work the parts but remember the whole.

The greatest in any field are consistently able to find themselves in the zone in the big moments. Training the skills of entering and staying in this mental state are as important as working on forehands and foot speed.
